I do not disagree with the concept of hybrid, it is like do you use an atlas or halfords sat nav it is personal choice that counts, but there are better solutions if they are needed but the goverments would lose so much money in taxes on fuel from drivers, fuel companies, processors etc that it is not in their best interests to promote a change.
