If people are believing in this goverment that it is cars that are causing global warming then more the fool them, I am not saying that we do not have an effect on the enviroment we do but about as much as walking over your lawn, footprints in the turf soon disappear but storm damage lasts, more and more scientists are now moving over to natural theory (the temperature actually dropped 0.7c last year) that this is a normal function of the planet, the goverment is using this fear mongery to raise taxes on the motorists as usual.
